15
TIME OUT FOR
MEDITATION
AND
REALIZATION OF OUR PURPOSE
Before we begin
to find out our particular reason for being here at this time, shall we have a
quiet time?
We settle into a
comfortable position and relax every part of ourselves in order that we may
become an expressible spark of that Universal Mind from which everything has
sprung. We become still, breathing
quietly, gently allowing ourselves to have peace.
We
let this stillness flow through us, touching us. It starts at the crown of our heads, relaxing our eyes yet making
them aware of the things they can see in the Spirit. We allow the desire and the Will centers of our foreheads to be
relaxed, yes, but also let them center into becoming the third eye, the Brow
Chakra which knows all.
Our
nose relaxes, yes, but is allowed to be so intuitive, the tiny chakra at the
base of it is aware that we will know all the nuances of Spirit that come to
us. Our ears relax, but still let us
hear the angelic music, the voice of the angels, the thundering of our Creator
in its power.
We
permit the throat to relax, yes, while we still permit it to vibrate and be
sensitive so that it can swallow the Truth that is here, the Truth of Universal
Oneness. Our shoulders are loose, easy,
carrying no burden, yes, yet hold us erect till we stand four-square, facing
life like a five-pointed star with our feet on the ground, our arms
outstretched for balance and our head in the stars for purity of purpose.
We
relax our arms and hands, yes, yet let them be receivers of Spirit and givers
of Spirit – the integral part of us all – which whirls in the cosmos for us to
tap into with sincerity and vigor.
Relaxing
our lungs, yes, yet allowing them to breathe in Spirit, the holiness that is
all about us. Our diaphragm is at ease,
yes, yet it becomes a wisdom center from where the Wisdom of our Creator can
shine forth. Relaxing our spleen, yes,
yet we let the sense of order that is in that area shall shift our organs
around until they are all in place.
Divine
Order is declared within us. Our organs
are aligned in proper proportion and in their right space. That which is too large is made
proportionally small and that which is too small is made large enough. The Lord God of Healing is here as are we.
Our
sitting muscles are relaxed, yes, yet they become so vibrant that we step forth
and walk easily from the hips. The muscles
our knees and the calves of our legs let go.
There is no tension in these places except the tension of expectancy so
that we can stride forth, imbued with Holiness. Our feet relax, yes, so there is nothing but Spirit. The soles of our feet – the receptive area
of us – step forth, walking in Light, following our own special path. We are whole; we are pure; we are healed; we
are servers. We are
God-Stuff . . . Eternal Creator-Stuff!
Breathe
this knowledge in. Let it emanate
out. Let each one of us know that we
are the Light of the World, the Ethers and the Cosmos!"
We
breathe deeply, stretch our arms. We
are truly relaxed and in tune.
From
this day forth, we are Spirit, balanced, walking on the earth with our heads in
the stars – in line – aligned – in tune – created by Universal Mind. We are whole. We are holy. We are
pure. Creation made all things good and
we are created and express in the same way.
We know this and came out of the deep meditation secure in the knowledge
that we have been brought to this focus of light unknown to our outer self, by
the great Universal Makes that is in each one of us. This is the Self that asks to go forth to demonstrate in the
physical form.
We
have felt a quickening, a desire to understand who we really are, where we came
from and what is our destiny. Each of
us has reached the place where the Special Self expressed by the Avatar of the
pattern of life has worked in us. We were born into this field or we have chosen
one that is trying to manifest through us as intended from the beginning of
time. This may be Juddaic, Christian,
Islamic, Jainism, Buddhist, Hindu, Metaphysical or any other.
When
we attain a certain stage in soul development through many incarnations, the
Spirit feels the pressure of the physical and instead of being posses by mortal
mind, again wishes rule the body according to our Creator’s plan. When this happens, we are led to read books,
seek companions, meditate and experience.
We are taken to places by the inner Higher Self so that the mortal mind
may become cognizant of its understanding of its part to play, not as ruler of
the mind and body, but as a servant of the Higher Self.
As
the Aquarian Age expresses itself and the millenium comes about, the great
Cosmic Light is being sent forth to earth.
More and more people are feeling this pressure to move forward. Old laws of the Universe have been set aside
and man has come into closer contact with the Spiritual Hierarchy.
Unknown
to most people on Planet Earth, the Hierarchy is the governing body of the
world. It is comprised of advanced
teachers and enlightened ones that, as need dictates, send forth emissaries to
rekindle the earth’s consciousness toward its Creative Spirit. Jesus Christ who began Christianity and
Mohammaden who is the prophet of the Islamic path are the most recent
emissaries.
No
matter what religious persuasion we follow, we are to feel privileged that we
have risen to that stage in consciousness where we wish to live and manifest as
we were intended to do when we were sent off as an individual spark of
Universal Mind.
Known
to some and unknown to others, we are working with groups on the inner plane of
being (i.e., life on the other side of the veil, beyond physical death) to lift
mankind. This is not as an individual
lonely growth, but is group work done in conjunction with guides, masters,
angels, devas and other heavenly beings.
We
work in conjunction with all in evolution.
As the earth evolves, mankind does also but we as individuals advance
through our own self-paced impetus in addition to personal evolution as a
result of earth’s progress.
As
we grow in consciousness, the light, fire and vibration from the Cosmic Force
radiates through us. As we move forward
we are more and more able to use this God-Force to change conditions in and
around us. We can also assist in
altering the dark conditions on the planet so that the Aquarian or Spiritual
Age and the glory of the Millenium will manifest.
This
is what man is sent forth to do: Create as our Creator did – beauty, joy, love,
and harmony – to bring heaven to earth.
To accomplish this, we choose a certain path to grow upon.
Before
we entered into this life on Planet Earth this time, we had chosen a facet of
our particular path. Each and every one
of us has free will, no matter where are on the visible or the invisible side
of life. When are on the hidden side,
we have many prerogatives ahead of us before we incarnate, but we freely decide
what we want to accomplish.
We
may be “loners” even over on the other side and make up on mind by ourselves as
to what path we will pursue once we enter the earth’s atmosphere. Many of us will undoubtedly consult with
those beings that tended us when we passed over to the inner plane long
ago. Maybe we shall go to a special
department which lets us talk back and forth about what we need for our own
specific growth, like a counseling center on the outer plane.
We
may even ask to come back to work once more things with which we aren’t
pleased. Perhaps we’ll elect to answer
a great need on earth this time around.
The
goal, then, is decided before our advent as a baby. We even choose the parents through whom we’ll be born, the time
and date. These factors all contain
qualities to help us reach our potential.
The choice may be made because we need challenges across our paths, as
we can’t seem to learn any other way.
Perhaps we come to these parents to make their lives more pleasant or
even to be an irritant so that they may make growth.
We’ll
have this one particular aim in our minds before
we enter but when the adult from the inner assumes the role of an infant on the
outer, the wee one is seldom able to
remember its reason for being on earth.
