CHAPTER 8.
COLOR RAYS
Color is a
Ray. It is an octave of the
electro-magnetic spectrum that also contains the powers of electricity, radio,
TV and gamma waves. There are as many
colors as there are hues in a rainbow or notes in a scale. Each color has a corresponding number of
shades, lighter and darker. For
instance, red varies from a light pink to a deep, nearly black rose. There are colors at the top of the scale
that some few with extended senses can currently see and some at the lower end
of the scale that those with the same senses can observe. Sometime we shall all see them.
As almost a
guarantee of this, we mention that in the EDDA, a collection of old Icelandic
literature and a history of Scandinavian antiquities there were only three
colors to the rainbow. This was in the
10th and 11th centuries.
We have seven now. What shall we
see in the 21st and 22nd centuries?
Color
has measurable wavelengths and varied weights according to its location on the
octave of its scale. Red is the heaviest. Its pulsation is 1-33/1000th of an
inch. The color violet is lightest at
1-62/1000th of an inch.
Here
is a way to receive and send color. It
comes into the body through the left hand and out through the right. We may receive it into and through ourselves
through the right hand and it goes elsewhere or let it stop with us first and
then go into the recipient. First we
bend our left elbow up with our upper arm close to our sides, the lower arm
extending outward, palm extended, forming a cup of the hand. Ask that a color come into that hand - perhaps red, as it is the heaviest. We allow ourselves to feel it come. Sense the weight. Give it a little time.
First there is a tingling, then a small heaviness. We let the courage, strength and faith of the
red flow through our hands into our bodies and out to our right hands. In this case the elbow is bent upward, upper
arm close to our bodies, palm pointed outward in front of us.
It is at this
point that we decide whether we have a point of pain in which case the palm
laid is laid upon the painful area. To
send the color out have the right palm turned outward with the hand facing out
and command the color to go where we desire.
The color is sent to someone who needs the qualities contained in
red.
Surely we feel
the energy bustling into our hand, through our body and on out through the palm
to wherever we are sending it. The weight will get a tiny bit less with each
color in the following order: Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo and
Violet. When we’re done with this
exercise, we shake our hands to remove the gathered energy and rinse them in
cold water.
The
uses for color are inconceivable!
Whenever we truly don’t know what to do for someone’s needs, we just ask
the Color Ray Workers to carry the right colors to them in the perfect
proportion.
Color
is the science of yesterday clothed in the garment of today. The principles are as old as time. We are translating them into modern thought. To consciously breathe in colors is to
realize that the Universal Color Rays are in constant radiation from the Sun,
the Planets, the Earth and all of the Ether.
We are never apart from their comfort.
We
give our color thoughts to the Color Ray Workers through the mighty unseen
broadcasting stations in the atmosphere.
Let the qualities of Color bless as they spread out and out.
THE COLOR RAY WORKERS
Color
Ray Workers are such an unselfish, modest yet capable, patient group that they
do stupendous works without any desire for recognition. In 1949 the leader of this group made an
appearance to Eleanore Thedick. She
worked with him from then until her passing in the 1970’s and he still never
gave her a name. To Mrs. Thedick and
her co-workers he was thus know as the Leader of the Color Ray Workers.
When
the workers are invited to participate they are called from their usual places
which may be with the Scientists of the Heavens or the Department of Music or
Art. Heavenly Beings called “robers”
come and place upon each worker the robe and hood which completely envelops
them in the vibration of the color to be used.
The
information about this work was given between 1949 and 1973 to a small,
dedicated group of workers. Doubtless
other groups on this planet channeled information about the science of Color
but none followed directions more closely.
Her group was to listen, write down what they heard and fill this world
with an outpouring of color to help heal its people and its atmosphere. One of their assignments was to spiritually
cleanse every river in the known world.
Two years was spent on this.
This
is the first message received: “It is
now time for the radiant colors of heaven to flood the earth. The mists and fogs of tension and distress
that often surround our planet can be lessened. We who ray out the colors need helpers on this earth to be
channels for this. We’ve chosen you.”
The need is still
present. Shall we help with this
work? Color is the bridge between this
world and the unseen universe. The
Creator pours beautiful thoughts toward us over the color waves. The air, water and earth are flooded with
great beauty.
Before
we work for others, we give ourselves a treat.
Let us think of a fountain of rainbow colors in our rooms; see them
gushing high and let them flow all over us.
We bathe, flood our bodies, minds, souls and vital bodies in beautiful
radiance.
Then
know that the color ray workers manipulate – ray out – great masses of color
into us and on out through us. The
colors are usually sent out in one of two ways. The first is made available to individuals and small or larger
groups. These colors go forth in
waves.
The second method
is used for world or cosmic affairs and the waves become powerful outreaching
rays. Our part is to let them use us as
focal points so that the rays go out and out through the Universe.
The
Color Ray Workers march in the same beat, the same pulsation, the same
vibration as the color itself – at a slower beat when red is used, a little
less slow with orange and so on up the scale to the highest which is orchid of
the violet tones.
Color
angels never work alone. It is as
though they are great waves of beauty that go out and out, eventually washing
up on the sands of the shore of life.
One group of artisans puts the beauty into motion; another lifts it and
still another carries it along. Exactly
proportioned, the flowing goes on and on until its purpose is accomplished.
Color
figures are often formed. Perhaps a
square will be shaped with power pouring out from all four sides to the person
or purpose being treated. The square
may then change to a triangle, the point of which rises above the personal
plane, connects with the Masters of Color and raises the consciousness of the
recipient(s). These may then be changed
into a linear line to impart a sense of action and give movement to the
work. Each situation has its own
needs. The selflessness of the workers
senses the quantity.
Color
work is usually done as a trinity of treatment. White is mostly used first to cleanse and purify the persons or
area. A color tuned to the immediate
need (frequently a cool, peaceful, healing aqua) is then poured in to heal,
whether the requirement is of a physical, mental, emotional, spiritual or
financial variety. To finish, a
blessing hue goes out.. This is most
often a rosy-gold which represents the love and wisdom of our Creator.
As
we have said before, we may be color ray workers if we want to do so. The main necessity is that we be unselfish
and not protrude our egos nor personalities into the work. The unplanned and unexpected results of
unselfishness, however, often are delightful enough that this attribute brings
it own personal award.
We
offer, then, our unselfishness to the Masters of Color. We also give our willingness, for color,
poured out unwillingly would have tinges of resentment in it.
“We’ll
be pleased,” we may say, “to have you pour color through us for whatever
purpose and whenever you choose.”
Perhaps our fields will be with individuals, maybe with world affairs. We are to remember that we’re bathed in
joyous color and are ready!
Unselfishness and willingness set the stage.
This
work may best be observed by those with what is called, “second sight,” “sixth
sense,” or “ESP” and yet it may also be understood by those who have an “inner
knowing.” These qualities are helpful
but not indispensable for trust or faith can replace the extended senses.
We
can offer our own special quality – our faith and trust – in this way, “I
haven’t any way of seeing or knowing, dear Creator, that you are pouring color
through me out to those in need, but I trust you. I have faith. I’m willing
for the work to be done. I leave the
results to you.”
We have
accumulated the qualities of unselfishness, and willingness and now trust. Unknowingly we have added relinquishment to
this for we have accumulated this attribute when we said, “I leave the results
to you.” That’s faith of a special
kind. It’s a knowing which believes
implicitly that whatever happens is right and good. Add a sense of thanksgiving to the other qualities and we have a
formula that lets us feel our Maker has chosen us to do His will.
We may use the
colors for our own needs. The Angels of
Color are waiting for us to ask. They
don’t need to be begged to share with us, nor do we have to offer them our
adoration. Ask them. Thank them.
They are glad to share. When we
allow them to work for us or through us, their skills are honed.
WHY WE SHOULD USE COLOR
Color
Rays are to be use for the renewing and rebuilding of the human race in this
New Age. The idealistic qualities of
love, joy, harmony, peace, wisdom and service can be brought into expression
through the consistent use of colors much more easily than through the power of
preaching. We who work with colors are all
artists, painting on the curtain of time with the brush of thought.
We
paint glowing pictures of love and joy on the screen of time. When we step over into the “inner” we will
see the pictures we’ve painted on this plane.
We paint happy pictures, free of criticism, resentment or jealousy while
on earth.
We
use color for physical healing. The
daily, consistent use of the rainbow shades will put sparkle in our eyes, life
in our faces and a lift in our steps.
Poisons produced by weariness will be flushed from our bodies.
We
are to use color for mental stimulation and energy. The power contained in the reds, oranges and yellows encourage
our brain cells to be active. Each hue
affects the area to which it is called.
As these words are written, various shades of yellow swirl around fill
us for color is the outer picture of an inner vibration.
Color
is used for relaxation. The greens of
spring bring peace of mind. When we
mentally isolate peaceful colors, we can ease the atmosphere of any gathering whether
it is between two antagonists or in a crowd.
Cooling blues also help in this area.
Strong
blues and purples give power to colors.
The mysterious indigo also gives great strength and dignity to the color
process while the lighter violet hues, lavender and orchid gentle our
activities. We become more willing to
hear from our Creative Source.
We
are to use color as guided rather than as a set schedule for our needs and the
needs of others vary from moment to moment.
We are to use color everywhere.
There is delight in doing this.
We feel that we are lying on a bed of rainbow hues that waft out from
us. We see ourselves traveling on a
cloud high in the sky, colors drifting out from us. We sail down a river of color, remembering that we are engulfed
in the shades.
